About Us
The Times, based in Ottawa, Illinois, is owned by the Small Newspaper Group Inc. In September 2005, The Daily Times, based in Ottawa, merged with its sister paper, The Times-Press, based in Streator. The paper is now called The Times. The Times is published six days a week, Monday through Saturday.
The Times publishes daily except Sundays and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Address: The main office is at 110 W Jefferson St., Ottawa, Ill., 61350. The Streator office is at 115 Oak St., Streator, Ill., 61364. Building and payment hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Offices are closed Saturday and Sunday. Customer service hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.
